It is a nice gym, I was greeted with very friendly staff, more amazing the owner’s dog came forward to greet me 😂😂 The gym is not too crowded with the machines and weight training area which is about what I need. Changing room and Shower room for the ladies was clean, I did not notice the dirty situation mentioned in previous review. Sauna is great and clean! I will definitely come back.

Good gym with very nice bunch of people. No egotistical people lifting there, and everyone mind their own business. The equipment, they have the core machines and more actually, and the fact that they recently brought in a few more hardcore machines, shows they’re serious. For me personally the only small downside is that they don’t have enough equipment for functional training. Though they have good space upstairs for classes, things like proper BOSU balance trainer (or just Bosu), Swiss balls, full sets of kettlebells, Plyo soft boxes, these are lacking and would be a great addition to an already very good gym. Hopefully more improvements will come in due time, but so far so good and I definitely recommend this gym, whether you are a beginner or a bit more hardcore gym goer.

Very poor equipment and very bad behaviour when trying to cancel the contract. Lawyer/attorney is supporting me against this gym on the contract resolution. Be careful! - Quote: "we cancel the contract, but Not to the end you think is correct". For any communication on the subject Art of Fitness is kindly invited to refer to the nominated attorney following the case.

Really enjoyed my time here and can’t wait to return. Spacious and fully equipped. The equipment ranges from old to new but it is all useful and very useable. They don’t accept card payments or Apple Pay 🤔 BUT were kind enough to allow me to use the gym anyway (I was on a lunch break and there were no ATM’s around) and I returned to pay later. Good choice of protein shakes too!
